Greg
Tilley
President, Infotech Enterprises America |

Mr. Tilley, President of Infotech Enterprises America, Inc,
has 30 years experience in the fields of GIS, remote sensing,
environmental
planning,
and business management. As President and co-founder of VARGIS,
he has been responsible for successful performance of numerous
projects, including ground breaking statewide mapping programs
in Texas, Virginia and New York. Mr. Tilley has received recognition
for his contribution to GIS from several organizations, and
served as the first Chairman of the Maryland State Government
Geographic Information Coordinating Committee, an organization
formed to facilitate the development, distribution, and utilization
of geographic data among state agencies. He has also taught
courses in geography, remote sensing and natural resource management
at George Mason University and Michigan State University.

Mr. Sehnalek, Director of Technical Services, is experienced
in all areas of managing mapping, GIS and AM/FM services for
private and governmental clients. Since 1985, he has overseen
and managed photogrammetric and GIS production of contracts
totaling more than 50 million dollars worldwide. He has practical
experience in all facets of photogrammetry, GIS, data conversion
and surveying projects, including production of digital orthophotos
and database design. In addition to his hands on photogrammetric
and mapping experience, he has extensive experience in project
management and consulting for Data Conversion, Mapping and GIS
projects of various sizes and applications to local, state and
federal agencies.

Bob Montgomery

Mr. Montgomery has over 30 years experience in all aspects
of design, creation and implementation of GIS projects. Mr.
Montgomery spent 13 years working
directly for an electric utility and over 20 years working for firms
providing GIS software and services for the local government
and utility markets.
He is an active participant in the GIS community and has served on national
and regional committees and has been a frequent speaker at GIS conferences.
Mr. Montgomery’s GIS experience includes involvement in over 200
successful GIS projects for electric, gas, pipeline, water, and wastewater
utilities as well as state, county and local government projects. As
the Director of Sales & Marketing for VARGIS, Mr. Montgomery is
responsible for day to day operations for all sales and marketing efforts.

L. Folchi

Mr. Folchi has more than 25 years in executive management positions
in the mapping industry with the leading GIS companies serving
electric, gas and water utilities. He has substantial experience
in technical, operational and economic aspects of the business.
Significant experience includes leadership positions in KEMA,
GeoIT, Space Imaging, Etak and Synercom. He was the founding
treasurer and is a past president of GITA, the largest professional
and educational organization serving the utility industry.
